What is Doortrackr?

Doortrackr is a rental income and expense tracker built for small landlords. Log rent and other income, snap receipt photos, categorize expenses to IRS Schedule E, group work into Jobs, and export tax-ready reports — all organized by property.

What Doortrackr is for

• Tracking rental income and expenses throughout the year (not only at tax time)
• Keeping each property’s books separate and searchable
• Categorizing expenses with Schedule E categories
• Grouping repairs and improvements into Jobs for CPA review
• Exporting CSV and PDF Tax Reports when you need them

What Doortrackr is not

Doortrackr is not a full property-management suite. It does not manage tenants, leases, portals, maintenance dispatch, or rent collection. Units exist so you can allocate income (and optionally expenses) — not to run a PMS.
