Reset your password

Steps

1. Start from login

On the web, open login and choose the reset / forgot password option. On mobile, use the equivalent link on the login screen.

2. Open the email link

Check your inbox (and spam). Open the Doortrackr password reset link. Prefer opening it on the same device/app you use for Doortrackr so deep links work cleanly.

3. Set a new password

Enter and confirm your new password, then sign in.

Tips

• If the link expired, request another reset.
• Prefer magic link sign-in if you can’t reset or don’t use a password.
