Deletion removes the property from your account (and associated structure). Prefer sold status if you still need that year’s history.

Steps

1. Open Properties and the property you want to remove.
2. Choose delete and confirm the warning.
3. Confirm you can add a new property if you were at your plan limit.

Caution

Deleting is for freeing capacity or removing mistakes — not the default after a sale.
