• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Doortrackr is offered as a subscription service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. Payments are handled securely via our web platform and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions can be initiated from within the app (mobile or web) and will redirect to our secure payment page. We do not store your payment details directly.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you add to Doortrackr (e.g., property information, maintenance jobs, expenses).
• By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

6. Disclaimer

Doortrackr is a tool to help you track property-related expenses. We are not accountants, tax advisors, or legal professionals. The information provided by our Services should not be considered professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your records and for complying with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Doortrackr and TRTO Labs LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could harm us or others.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or within the app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

3. Refunds

• Because Doortrackr provides a digital subscription service, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Doortrackr until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
• Refunds are processed through Stripe in accordance with our refund policy. Please contact support@doortrackr.com for refund requests.
